GOAL
TO SHARE 25 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
IPS has held its group project management training session just outside of Berlin twice a year since 2008. Each day begins with theoretical classes and presentations to provide background knowledge and present all necessary methods, documents, and tools. Within the three days, participants perform the complete project preparation of an industrial production facility. Their goal is to get funding approval by the project investor on Wednesday.
The latter half of the week is adapted as trainers see fit. Particular emphasis is placed on basic internal training (planning, procurement, and contracting), and participants receive additional insight into how we at IPS manage projects and how our method compares with that of other companies. In the evenings, social events-including a wonderful concert on Thursday evening-give team spirit a significant boost.
